Many people have heard the old saying ‘You are what you think about yourself, therefore you are what you eat and you are what you believe about yourself, therefore you are what you believe about what you do, therefore you are what you do’, however, not everyone is conscious of it and so they end up believing what their thoughts say about them. For example, your thoughts about yourself may tell you that you are a worthless person and thus you are worthless, yet if you keep thinking about that then you will keep believing that you are worthless and this is how to build up your self esteem.
